Q: Where can I find my favourite character?
A: Most characters can be found on Berk, but there are some special characters that can be found out in the world. They don’t offer you anything but friendly words, so feel free to explore and meet them at your own pace. Here are some hints!
Spitelout - Somewhere on Berk.
Gothi - At home on Berk.
Alvin - Stranded on some rocks.
Dagur - Staking out a fort.
Heather - In a little house.
Ryker & Viggo - Out at sea.
Q: How many different dragon species are there?
A: Each dragon has custom art, sounds, mechanics and animations and have been recreated with the utmost care. Including Toothless, there are nine species of dragon to tame. Additionally, there are some smaller dragons you might see on your journey, but they cannot be tamed.
Q: Will there be an update?
A: We will be monitoring the game closely and releasing updates to fix any issues that the community discovers. Although it is possible we will one day, we do not currently have plans for new content updates in the future.
Q: Can I play with friends? A: Yes! Multiplayer works best when you join a friend’s world directly, Realms can be a bit unstable. It's also best to start the world together so everyone can play through the tutorial-- you'll each get your own Gronckle to start out with.
Q: Can I breed my dragons? A: Yes! Dragons breed using the herb "Dragon Nip", it's a tall grass with white flowers found across the world. All tamable dragon species can breed except for Night Furies and Light Furies.
Q: Where can I find the Light Fury?
A: The Light Fury has been captured by Trappers and is being held somewhere in the world. Be sure to explore their fort!
